• I love Sean's classes. With his precise instruction, you can allow your body to move into the postures and stay there safely without any risk of injury. When I'm there I love the feeling of flow, and by the time the class ends I'm in total relaxation. I highly recommend his classes and the wonderful community that he has built along with all his instructors.

• The instructor Tobey made everyone and any mama feel welcome and safe and comfortable. Bringing a baby out into the world as a new mom is scary and Live yoga gave me a safe soace to have "me time" with my baby.
