• I love going to Live Yoga, and especially I love Ashley’s classes. I love how precise the instructions are so that my mind and body work totally in unison. There is nothing to do but listen and focus on the present. At the end of the session I’m always fully relaxed and ready to deal with whatever challenges life throws at me.

• I've tried a variety of classes after I took the beginner lessons. All the teachers were enthusiastic, encouraging and have a great sense of humour. You just feel relaxed and welcomed from the instructors and the class. There's always modifications for all skill levels building my confidence. Love Live
