• In the first class I went to right away. I had improvements and health problems that I've had for decades. The instructors give various ways to do exercise exercises if there's any problems or limitations I have and being able to do the exercise. Also, after the class the instructors are always Answering questions or giving extra information so that we learn about Yoga, yoga exercises that we can do at home plus teaching about yoga history.
