• I have started at Live Yoga recently. Then I immediately left another Yoga Studio that was fabulous that I had attended for 10 years. Live Yoga has TRANSFORMED me and the improvements are Spectacular in a short time. Things I struggled with are now healing or corrected.

• It was more than I excepted! Super knowledgeable teacher that gave me lots of tips for birth in just one class. I felt a lot less anxious after the class and supported by Tobey. Also huge community and safe space with class with lots of open conversations was so great as a pregnant woman looking for community:)
