• The instructor was fabulous best yoga class ever I actually hated yoga because the classes were always so fast I couldnt keep up. He was always concered that everybody was doing it right and corrected you if your body wasnt quit right . very thoughtful and explained every move. great class

• For restorative and meditation I find it is really the best. I would say instructors make that possible. The. The location and the environment and ease of parking and time to transition from outside life to the mat is really thoughtful too. 😊

• Live is a very positive, friendly, atmosphere to start with. When doing a pose, it's explained to you and shown how to get the most out of each movement! The class always go by too quickly and leave feeling amazing with a smile I'm my face!🙏😆
