• I am THRILLED and HAPPY with Live Yoga!!! I have been going to Other Yoga Studios for over 10 years but Only gotten small improvements. July 4, 2025 was my FIRST class at Live Yoga. The RESULTS were Marvelous!!! I Have almost perfect posture after decades of having a Bent back because of my job working on a computer. Inhaling Deeper by Breathing down into my abdomen and Stopped being a Lifetime Mouth Breather. Sleeping better. These Results have STAYED! I instantly joined and became a Member and have taken more Classes. Do yourself a Favor and come to a Class. You will be Happy you did!!!
