• I have tried numerous nail salons in the DMV and even in Baltimore, and Lillian's by far is the best in customer service and in actual nail services. I wasn't disappointed with the wax that I got, and I've never been disappointed with my nails when I leave. I've tried to go to another salon for convenience when I needed a last minute service and ended up coming to Lillian's to have it corrected and I was more satisfied with that correction (from Lillian's) than I was with the original service (from the other salon). 🤷🏽‍♀️

• Everytime I come to Lillian's I'm treated wonderfully. I didn't get the young ladys name that did my nails and eyebrows this time, but Laura (if I'm not mistaken) did my feet. And she has been the one to do all my services in the past, and now I'm confident in sitting in any chair and getting the best experience at Lillian's.

• I am very happy with the way my nails turned out. I came in disappointed with how my nails were looking (they were done at another salon) and Lillian completely surpassed my expectations by making them look like new without having to start over with a new set. I will definitely return and recommend to others, I am even looking forward to bringing my daughter in to get a manicure. All around a great experience.
