• The entire process was nothing short of professional!! THE DETAILS: To start, I was able to go online and scroll through a complete list of services each with an fixed cost and separate service time which gives the consumer complete transparency and fairness in pricing and an idea how long your entire appt will be before hand. I also appreciated the holding, advance payment features as well as the option to pre-select technician(s) based on services selected and their availability. I was able to make multiple appts for the same day and time without any confusion 🙌🏽 🙌🏽 🙌🏽 I received email and SMS confirmations up until the day before my appt which makes the cancellation & no call-no-show policy completely fair. I loved the simple, clean, bright, quiet and intimate layout of the salon. It wasn't overrun by a maze of chairs, stations, dust or strong fumes so 😷 were NOT needed I felt like my appt was set aside just for me (because it was!!) so there was no rushing. The building, filing and designing of my nails was executed flawlessly without a knick, pinch or anything. All me and my mother had to do was sit back and enjoy!!💅🏾 I look forward to returning to this salon and scheduling standing appointments in the future 💯
