• Bria did my pedicure and always does a wonderful job and I appreciate her attention to detail and how she takes her time. She is awesome! I don't remember who did my nails (Bria had another appointment) but this person had her headsets on and was watching something on her phone which I felt was somewhat inappropriate. I had a basic manicure and with clear polish- the polish was flat without a shine which is what I expected so I redid them when I got home. Thank you Overall I love Lillian's and appreciate the services. I especially love that is Women owned by an African American.

• My tech, Bria is EXCELLENT!! BUT other techs who talk in their phones, in Spanish, the entire time they are with clients is inappropriate!! And to the point where I can hear you CLEARLY means you're also loud!!
