• My nail tech Bria always goes above and beyond. She is very creative and extremely patient with me despite me being a little picky. She explains things and is just all around the best.
• I got Tina this time. Her work is always 'A+' grade. She does an awesome '10' every time. However, I have some complaints about her boss (Lillian). Lillian gets a '1' (or an 'F' grade) because every time I am at the nail salon, it is always Tina that is there and working. Lillian is almost never there :)
