• My experience was really good. I haven't been maintaining my nails for some time. I came in with raggedy nails and then came out of Lillian's Nails with perfect nails. It's also worth mentioning that it's not the type of shop where there's only Asians doing nails. I want to support the places that aren't like that since there aren't many.

• The customer service is amazing there. Reesie my nail tech is amazing and always takes great care of me. I will say that I was a little thrown off during my visit yesterday as their was a customer's child running throughout the shop and no one stop him. Also the receptionist seemed to have friends sitting at the front desk with her. That was my first time seeing that there and was surprised because that type of behavior has never been displayed when I come in
