• I gave a score of 10 because I was very pleased with the service that I was provided. The shop is clean, and I was very impressed with seeing another nail tech promptly sanitizing the foot bowl and massage chair after she'd finished her client. Seeing this assured me that this is the practice for entire establishment. At least I hope that it is the practice.
