• I am so grateful for this place. All the teachers are are so kind and supportive, and I love that I can get a great workout in, and relax at the same time. What you all are doing matters! It matters so much to me to have a safe space to move, and be supported and be guided by wonderful teachers, and be greeted by name. You all are amazing! You make such a difference. This is not just a place of exercise but a place of refuge and safety, where life can't get me. It's just me and my mat and movement. Thank you for creating this space. Keep shining your light!!
