• I really enjoyed my experience at the studio. The environment felt welcoming and supportive, and the class was both challenging and grounding. A big part of that was due to Jenna — she’s an incredible instructor. She has a great way of guiding the practice with clarity, encouragement, and a calming presence that made the class both engaging and enjoyable. I left feeling better physically and mentally, and I’d definitely recommend the studio to others.
