Really like Susan and her stretching felt so good
It was my first heated yoga class and it was the best experience! I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to keep up, but the instructor explained moves well and it felt like a judgement free space. The moves started easier and transitioned to more intermediate as the class progressed which I loved.
I was recently diagnosed with a medical condition and I was worried about being back in the studio. Susan made me extremely comfortable being there & even checked in on me after class. The lighthouse community makes me feel so confident and welcomed every time I walk in the door. Thank you for being such a safe space & thank you Susan for making me feel like I was capable of all things!

Susan is one of the finest yoga teachers I've experienced. Her cueing is beyond excellent and I love that she is true to the art of yoga. I keep coming back for her classes.
