Staff was immediately welcoming and helpful. I don't recall her name, unfortunately. They answered my beginner questions (though I did not understand some of the terminology). In practice, I felt very comfortable despite not knowing anything about the session.
This studio pours out positive energy. I can come to class feeling tired, crabby, stressed by normal life and leave feeling rejuvenated and clear minded. Every. Time. The teachers and community are amazing.
Great class. Instructor clearly explained moves so new people could correctly follow.
