The instructor Angela was very welcoming and proficient in her practice.
The class (Yoga Sculpt) is a very challenging and humbling experience.
Even though I am extremely new to yoga, I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed into this environment.
It was SO awesome and I'm still sore two days later!
