It was my first time visit. The facility is beautiful very inviting. Staff was professional and extremely nice. Enjoyed my time with Jen. I was extremely pleased with her honesty on what she could do and not do so I didn't have false expectations. I'm looking forward to what are game plan is. I also met Taylor and we have made a plan to keep my skin looking good. He was very informative and loved his happy enthusiastic manner. The whole experience was terrific
