She values your time & has a great manner to her - makes you feel comfortable all while you're experiencing unpleasant shocks and snaps. Theresa understands her procedures aren't cheap and she advises you on the best bang for your money. Finally - having access to her via text is valuable, especially since I live 5.5 hours away.
