Quamay is the best yoga instructor. He brings joy and healing to every class. Maureen is incredibly gifted and shows so much intentionality and wisdom in every moment of her class. I highly recommend Left Coast! Nina's classes are dynamic, alignment focused, and always include a reminder to smile. I've attended many classes with many instructors over the past four years, and the teachers all are kind, knowledgeable, and approachable. I appreciate the opportunity to practice in such a supportive space and always leave a class lighter than when I walked in.
