The facial felt wonderful ... I wasn't told anything about my skin and how to care for it. It was just I was done and that was it. Massage was fabulous as well. Also, I would have liked for them to say to hang out in the relaxing room (did they have one) for a bit afterwards. It felt like a place you go and leave and not enough of a "spa". Having said that the treatments were great!
