Wellness comes from within our studio due to our incredible team of practitioners, each with positive attitudes and true commitments to health. Located in downtown Asbury Park, Kur offers treatments and classes in a tranquil, yet hip, urban setting. Experience our award-winning services like massage, body treatments, facials and waxing, including eastern Ayurvedic therapies and products. Try something completely new, like our Signature East-West Massage, or one of our three Ayurvedic Massages that are customized to your unique body constitution, or dosha (kapha, pitta, vata). We offer seven indulgent, effective facials – including HydraFacials, and offer waxing too. Our body treatments include reflexology hand and foot rituals and full-body scrubs and wraps with a private stream shower. On the fitness side, we offer two great ways: YOGA classes and private yoga sessions in a beautiful studio with natural light, soft zebra floor, full mirrored wall, and a versatile Great Yoga Wall that allows for assisted poses and inversions. PERSONAL training is offered in a 100% private-setting that will help you reach your strength, balance, endurance and flexibility goals. We have a special sense of how to customize each service to a guest's needs, and we've created a comradery that is infectious from team to guest, that has evolved Kur into an extraordinary community--and one you'll want to be a part of.

I've been going to Kur for 5 years. Staff is highly skilled, establishment is clean, easy to make appointments, prices are fair. I've gotten deep tissue and prenatal massages, facials, and the mud wrap. My mom also does yoga here every Sunday and loves that class.
