My therapist, Melissa, was awesome! She spent such good listening time ahead of the massage hearing about areas of pain and tightness. And then, she addressed them during the massage period. I appreciate that she talked a bit but let me decide on the quiet times. I needed a quite massage and this is what she provided, though she checked in every now and then to ask how I was doing and if the pressure was ok. I found this very professional, respectful, and caring. I like the quiet and low lighting in your studio and I especially like the warm bed! My only reason for not giving a score of ten has nothing to do with Melissa. But rather, it would have been a bonus if I could have taken a shower afterward. I wish your studio was closer to my home because I would be a regular customer. Thank you, Kur, and a special thanks to Melissa. Be well. Pam
