Trey is an excellent instructor. Since this was a zoom class, I had some issues with the transmission getting unstable and at the end, lost the signal completely, but that certainly is not his fault! I enjoy flow classes a lot and his pace was spot on.

5 Star All Around! The building is clean and welcoming and the entire staff is truly amazing and goes above and beyond to ensure an outstanding experience. Always enjoy my visits here and cannot say enough good things about all of them. Deep Tissue Massages with Kenny are out of this world. After just a few moments into the massage, you feel as if you are floating on air and the stress and tension is being released from you body. Such an incredible and relaxing moment. 5 stars all around to the entire staff and crew!
