Low-key, down-to-earth atmosphere. Wonderful yoga sculpt session with good music that was just the right amount of everything: stretches, balance, cardio, strength, and movement. Massage was very professional and relaxing.

You can't beat Kur Wellness. Staff are absolutely wonderful. They are a class act. Professional, courteous and effective. We had a couples massage and walked out feeling SO good. We will return without a doubt.
