First the staff. The receptionist was very nice and professional and put me at ease. I entered with 5 minutes to spare and felt guilty about that being my first time and that I purchased thru Groupon. Emily the instructor was also professional. Also the scent in the spa is inviting

I am a beginner in yoga with very little experience. I found the class to be amazing and the instructor was great. Very calm welcoming environment. Would have given a 10- just squeezed a little too tight into the space I feel. I definitely will be back!

Lovely atmosphere. Felt welcomed and cared for by the friendly front desk person. Main reason: my therapist, John, was phenomenal. I have had a lot of massages over the years and he definitely knows what he is doing, as well as being warm and professional. Highly recommend!
