I love yoga classes at KUR, however, for a meditative & restorative class, there was A LOT of hallway chatter right outside the yoga door and sounding like heavy things were falling upstairs above the yoga room a few times which made it difficult to relax and focus during this specific type of class.

Lauren did an absolutely amazing massage, it was just what I needed. I'm a hairstylist so I have a lot of aches and pains in my neck and shoulder and she made sure to address those issues. She made sure the pressure was comfortable and that I was comfortable during the entire service. Would highly recommend Lauren and will definitely be back
