I chose score of 10 because of Kristina, not only does she know how to take care of problem areas, she also has a knack to find areas unknown to myself. She also seems to learn new techniques to combine massage with stretching that helps me with my shoulder and hip issues. It's nice to have someone well prepared to take care of you every visit.
