Lauren was absolutely amazing. She gave me an East West massage and it's one of the best massages I've had in my life. I did request a private wall yoga session and have not yet heard back about that appointment. Additionally, I received an email to book the massage at a special price but was charged full price. When I notified the receptionist of the discrepancy I was told I would receive a credit on my credit card but have not yet seen that.
