I love the people on the staff for their friendliness and experience. Everyone on the mat has a drive and sense of purpose with respect for each other, which makes me want to push further with them. The warm ups allow you to work at your own pace and push your self as you transition to technique. Everyday I feel great showing up and improving which gives me a sense of pride and fulfillment to push for one more inch, and one more punch. I just wish the classes were longer :)
