The instructors are phenomenal. Stepping into that environment can be very intimidating. It was for me and I still remember that first day and it was almost 2 years ago. I love everything about KMD

It was awesome and empowering and I have already told friendS about it so I maybe a should have put a 10 😉. As a beginner I would like to have some sort of orientation/class b4 first class to just practice form b4 making contact with others but know that's not how it works. Also would like a cage to protect my face lol.

I meant to rate it a 10. It was as much as I feel like I could receive out of a free session that was 1 hour. I learned something very important to me and it excited me for future classes.
