Catherine was very friendly and attentive to my needs and various injuries when i called in. My experience with Hunter at the desk and trainer Karl (i think) was excellent. I really enjoyed the class and decided to sign up. My needs are very specific and your team is able to help me get stronger. They are friendly, caring and genuine people and you can see they love what they do. Instructions and assistance during classes are clear to follow and they help adjust movements that i cannot do yet due to my back injury. Great job so far! Thank you!
