Another excellent class by Mabel. I teach and I am not ashamed to say I plagiarize her posture cues shamelessly. KHY is a favorite destination to unload some stress, make some gains and recharge.

Since moving back to WA I have not been able to find passion in fitness again. Madeline’s classes were just what I needed. I love the BUTI yoga incorporation as well and the awesome playlist. So happy I found these classes!
