It was my first time doing yoga in a class, and first time doing Bikram yoga. I thought I’d be miserable the entire time bc I loathe heat and sweating, but Mable kept the temp at a nice 105 degrees so I was warm but didn’t notice any trickling sweat until the very end. I will absolutely be going back!

I love every class at KHY!! I look forward to my time on the mat. All the instructors are amazing! I try to get as many people to go as I can....so they can experience how wonderful it is.
