Loved the teacher, the flow, all the options offered. Appreciate not to have a bring a mat but the mat was a bit slippery.

1) The space is beautiful.
2) I was met personally by the owner who was kind and welcoming.
3)I appreciated seeing bodies of different shapes, sizes, ages, colors, and abilities. It sent the vibe that this is a safe space for all.
4) I like the options to practice without facing a mirror as onlythe room had mirrors.
5) Lauren's sequencing, cueing and hands on adjusting are outstanding. The tone of her class was supportive, playful, curious, accepting, and safe.
