1) The space is beautiful. 2) I was met personally by the owner who was kind and welcoming. 3)I appreciated seeing bodies of different shapes, sizes, ages, colors, and abilities. It sent the vibe that this is a safe space for all. 4) I like the options to practice without facing a mirror as onlythe room had mirrors. 5) Lauren's sequencing, cueing and hands on adjusting are outstanding. The tone of her class was supportive, playful, curious, accepting, and safe. I'll be back!Lindsey R.
