  • I've tried 2 instructors so far and they've both been great! They make you feel comfortable and offer many different options for poses. The location is close to home and my business, the class times are a nice variety, and the prices are flexible.

  • I love your studio. Ally is a great instructor. PLEASE add more NON-HEATED classes. Some days there are not many options. I do not like heated classes, and many other people don't like them either
