I've only experienced 3 classes & 3 instructors.classes/instructors were awemax. 1 instructor wasn't as helpful/great. I hope it was just an off day for her. Her class was still good but the 2 guys set a very high bar. So far I'm really enjoying the classes and community. 😎

We did the sound bath. And the yin yoga, long hold poses combined with the various sounds was amazing. I have attended a few of Angela's classes before and she is amazing. The atmosphere in the studio is so aligned with true Yoga vs most new yoga studios these days.
