I love kintsugi yoga. All of the instructors I’ve met have been amazing. The space is small, but welcoming, light and airy. Props are available and there are no mirrors, so you may focus of how things feel rather than how they look. I find this studio to be more authentic than most. Haven’t had a bad class here.
