I go to Flow Yoga and been loving it, every teacher created dynamic flow. The only thing want to recommend is to have consistent temperature some classes set up the temperature to 29 and some is 31/32. I personally chose your studio because of the heated yoga so will be great if every heated flow yoga can be consistently set up to 32 degree
