Everyone is just so warm and welcoming. The semi private classes are structured to my needs which has had an amazing impact on the mind and body. I have only been attending for 4 months but the changes are life changing for me.
Jess is a great instructor. I like small group environment.
Quite happy with all classes and teachers. More classes scheduled and different time for yoga and Pilate would be appreciated.
