• My instructor had fantastic skills and instructed me thoroughly. It was an awesome experience for someone who had never been to stretching class before. It has been a couple of days since my initial visit, and my muscle strains have not returned. I will come back in the future as I believe that stretching class will have a lasting impact on my well-being!
