• I feel like a new person today. I do yoga and I love been adjusted by a chiropractor before, I just didn't know how much stretching was missing. My hamstring has been tight for weeks and I've been afraid to really get in a good run on it. After my stretch I felt great. Today I went for a walk up Stone Mountain and did a run and it felt great.
