• I would give a 10 for the care of my mother just before COVID. Her physio s name I sadly forget. As well as treating her with great patience and skill, she made my , then 89 year old , mother laugh , and there seemed a genuine affection between them. at the same time as carrying out her assessment of her, and providing gentle exercises that she could tolerate and improving her mobility. My mother had a lot of carers during COVID. But this lady stood out by far. Thank you so much.
