• I gave this score because I was greeted politely, called into my appointment on time and Maria my physio put me at ease straightaway as it was my first time going. She gave me time to talk through everything and carefully explained what was happening/going to happen. I could tell that all clients were treated with respect from observing people while I waited in reception (I arrived early). I'm looking forward to returning and maybe signing up for more
