• Since joining Kesson a couple of months ago I am delighted with the results I already have. I went there with a back, elbow, neck, and knee. Working with Daisy on the Reformer has made me stronger, more flexible and my aches and pains have all gone except for some knee which is continuing to be strengthened. I cannot recommend then highly enough. They are a lovely friendly and positive team.
