• My appointment was on time , and I had the exercise I needed to do explained to me , so that I was getting the benefit of it .it was a very pleasant experience.

• The team are helpful, kind and always welcoming. It's in easy access of my house too. Pilates has made me feel stronger and is helping with my well being. It is expensive but am happy to pay while I can. Hopefully they will put on more classes for those who work during the day.

• Each physio session, is fully informative, as to what the problems are, what needs to be done/journey to improve issues. The physio therapists are friendly, whilst being professional & make it easy to ask questions & discuss. They have given me confidence to overcome my physical problems.
