Since it was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, I immediately felt comfortable with Kaitlyn. Oh, she was so easy to talk to you and very professional through the whole service. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the spa as I'm a licensed salon professional, I notice if things aren't up to state board standards. Everything was sparkly clean and saw the barbicide spray for the table in the room.
