Original appointment was 12:30. Was asked to come in at 12:00. Upon arriving at 12:00, the appointment had apparently not been updated in the computer, so Brianna did not know it had been moved up and was unavailable. It worked out positively in the long run. I had a couple of short errands that I completed before the 12:30 appointment. To me, it was a small error that would not prevent me from making new appointments!
