• A good friend invited me to Kaia 2 years ago at a very low point in my life. I was welcomed and encourage which not only helped to increase my physical strength more importantly help me increase my inner strength and confidence. Kaia has built me up inside and out. I have become part of a family here. Nikki Warren has built a wonderful community I am so thankful to be a part of.
