Kaia Fit is so much more than a Fitness Program! It is a Sisterhood of encouragement, motivation, challenge, support and results! There is something for everyone no matter what your fitness level and ability. Every Coach cares that you receive everything you desire out of your Fitness Program and will help you reach your goals daily! Kaia Fit offers a wide variety of classes that will help you achieve what you are looking for in a Fitness Program. Cross Training, Dance, Barre , TRX, Yoga, Cycling, Combo Classes and more! One of the BEST decisions I have made..... Becoming a Kaia Girl! Love it!!!

I have reviewed Kaia previously but their excellent program compels me to review again. I'm not just working out for an hour a day, I'm centering my entire being. I'm losing weight, yes. But more importantly I am gaining confidence, a stronger sense of self, and a sisterhood of like minded Kaia women! I "kan" do anything with Kaia!

It's a group of incredibly supportive women of all different ages, weights and fitness levels who come together for one hour of a functional and intense workout. The workouts are different every day and include strength training, cardio, aerobic, and yoga (to name a few). You can train for a marathon here, even if you have never run before or hate running. Kaia will change your entire perspective on what a "workout" is. You'll learn about how your body in supposed to move, get nutritional support through the Brik program, and meet a ton of like minded women. If you've been looking for a fitness routine you can stick to and actually enjoy...this is it!!

Intimidating at first and a little expensive, but SO SO SO worth it!! Absolutely amazing coaches and support staff, and the workouts are awesome!! They have three levels of difficulty, so you can do what you are able to without feeling pressured. All ages and ranges of physical ability. I have lost over 75 pounds in one year so far by doing their boot camp and core sessions. Highly recomend.
