I chose this score because I genuinely love Kai yoga studio. All the instructors are amazing and the way they teach really speaks to me. I can literally feel their knowledge in their words. I’ve learnt so much more in the short time I’ve been coming to Kai yoga. I’m fully present and in my body releasing all the stress and energy that no longer serves me.
The studio is really peaceful looking over at the escarpment. A lovely vibe all round
I cannot wait to get to class. I feel strong, I feel clear, I just love this space. The teachers are all so different in how they teach, but you can take something valuable out of every class.
